Veggie-Nut Parfait

Perfect late night snack! At or around 150 cals. 

What you'll need:
  • 3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 stalk celery
  • a palmful of walnuts (the more the merrier) 

What to do: 
Layer the ingredients like a parfait! P.S., do NOT leave out the walnuts, they're the best part :)
