Skinny Mini Tuna Wrap

This recipe makes 2 wraps, each one is around 120 calories and it's so flipping yummy. 

What you'll need:
  • 2 “Tumaro’s” 60-calorie wraps
  • 4 Kale leaves
  • 1/4 tomato, sliced
  • 1 packet 70-calorie Starkist Tuna in Water
  • 1 tbsp Miracle Whip Light
  • 1 tbsp “Karoun” Light Kefir Cheese
  • 1 tsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • pepper, to taste

What to do:
Mix the tuna, miracle whip, kefir cheese, mustard, celery, red onion, and pepper in a bowl really well. Lay 2 kale leaves in the center of each wrap. Split the tuna salad mixture into two portions and layer them onto the kale leaves. Wrap them up, split the tomato slices, and share with a friend, or do as I did and eat them both!
