
What you'll need:
- 2 bags shrimp, deviated, cooked, & tails removed
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 jalapeños, diced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
What to do:
Add everything in a pan except the shrimp! Cook until it's halfway point and add the olive oil. Cook for a few more minutes, and once it's close to being done, add the shrimp. Serve it with some low carb fajita wraps. Use greek yogurt instead of sour cream! It's absolutely delicious.
