Creamy Banana Porridge

What better way to celebrate this morning's subzero temperatures than with a nice warm jar of porridge. So creamy and so heavenly. 

What you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • pinch of cinnamon


What to do:
In a pot, put the oats and milk together, bring to a slight boil, then turn down the heat & cook on low until the oats are done. The time for cooking depends on what type of oats you're using. Toss in the cinnamon & banana slices and enjoy :)
