Asian Pear Smoothie

What you'll need:
  •  2 cups coconut/almond milk blend
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups packed spinach
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 2 asian pears, core removed

What to do:
put all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth
