  • 3 Day Liquid Cleanse

Day 1

3/21/2014

The purpose of this cleanse is to give your digestive system a break by eating your healthy foods in a liquid form. If you're not used to a cleanse like this make sure you try it out for a day to get yourself used to it before committing to the full 3 days. As a snack in between meals you can have very soft fruits that are easy on the digestive system, like blueberries, mangoes, watermelon, etc. Also, have as much green smoothies as you like :). There's a bunch of green smoothie recipes on my blog and I'll be posting another one tomorrow for breakfast.
